PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely awful customer service. Waiting days (nearly a week for a call back) sending pergola with pieces missing, no instructions. Had to end up in tears before they agreed to install it after I had paid other guys to build it but were unable due to missing parts and wrong instructions. Although the installer guys who eventually came were lovely they had to take the flack for the incompetence of the main office!
Failed to deliver on time. Late to refund money. Upon repurchase delivered on time but communications were very poor.
I ordered and paid for the pergola a few weeks before it was delivered. I received a message to tell me that they would be coming on that day to install the pergola. Two lads arrived late afternoon and the pergola was up and finished in about two hours. First class job,we use it everyday, could not be happier. The two lads had a long trip back to Cardiff ( I think),both were friendly and professional..100% satisfied.
